Can threadlifts around the nose come off after blowing my nose?

Hi there and thank you for the question.

Threadlifts are usually performed with some form of barbed suture. This ensures engagement within the tissues placed. After some time, the material from the thread is integrated into the normal tissue. This enables security of the thread. While is is theoretically possible for threads to shift slightly right after they are placed, it is highly improbable that they would ever be moved significantly without some form of surgical intervention.

Hope this helps!

How long should I wait after 3 Sculptra treatments before I can do Rejuran?

Hi there,Technically there is no issue with performing Rejuran treatments (which are meant to be injected intradermally in the skin cells) and Sculptra treatment (which are meant to be injected subcutaneously - below and deeper to the skin cells layer). Therefore a trained doctor can perform them on the same setting if he is able to gauge the depth of his treatment accurately.

How do I remove my jowls without affecting or losing my round cheekbones? Thank you!

The jowls and cheekbones are 2 separate areas of the face. The jowls refer to the drooping / sagging of the skin and cheek (buccal) fat around the lower face, causing a disruption in the otherwise smooth jawline. This can be due to a combination of factors like: loss of skin elasticity loss of volume due to ageing or sudden weight loss bony resorption ( reduced bone volume due to ageing) and lastly, laxity of the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) The cheekbones aka Malar bones are bony landmarks on the face and this is usually genetically predetermined.
