Thank you for your pictures. The scars look like hypopigmented mature surgical scars.
I would use an ablative laser to treat them, but you may not achieve complete scar clearance, and they come with certain risks.
If the scars are not too large or obvious, I usually do not recommend too much treatment.
Please consult your dermatologist or aesthetic doctor for a discussion on the pros and cons.
