Is there a non-surgical, permanent way of jaw reduction/ buccal fat removal?

Doctor's Answer

There are non-surgical methods of jaw reduction or buccal fat reduction.

Botox or Dysport injection of your masseters can reduce the size of your masseters to enhance your jawline and give you a slimmer and more V-shaped jawline. However, the effect of the injection lasts about 4-6 months and have to be repeated every 6 months when the effect of the Botox or Dysport wears out.

Buccal fat can be reduced with UltracelQ+ HIFU which has the latest Linear Firm and DOT hand piece to effectively perform excess fat reduction around your buccal and jawline area together with skin tightening all in the same setting to give you a slim and contoured lower face and jawline. Generally 3 treatments performed one month apart is adequate.

Botox/ Dysport injections can be combined with HIFU Ultracel Q+ especially if you have prominent masseters and buccal fat, for enhanced slim V face appearance.

For the most appropriate treatments yielding best results, I would advise you to have a face to face consultation for an accurate assessment of your facial structure and discussion of your treatment plan.
