How do chemical peels, laser treatments and IPL compare in treating melanosis caused by psoriasis flares?

We do not usually treat psoriasis with chemical peels, laser treatments or IPL.

The problem with psoriasis is that if the skin is irritated or scratched, it can cause the condition to flare up. Hence, these treatments are not recommended.
