Hi Urine discoloration can be caused by main factors as follows
1. Dehydration- concentrated urine
2. Blood
3. Jaundice
You will need physical examination, urine tests to differentiate between those causes.
For Urologists, we always exclude blood in the urine as this could be cause by infection, urinary stones or growth.
