**This is the inflammation of the penis. This can be caused by sexually transmitted infections such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. In this case, the discharge can be associated with pain when passing urine (dysuria), or the frequent urge to pass urine. However, sometimes the only symptom is the urethral discharge.
