Needless administration depends on what product you use. Hyaluronic acid for instance may be of inappropriate size for such delivery systems. Rejuran should be okay to be used with Enerjet/Airjet systems but watch out for waste of the product.
I personally prefer to use the needle delivery (manual) to avoid waste
