It is quite common to experience fluctuations during the initial recovery stage of your epiLASIK surgery. During this period, we will advise you to trust in the healing process. It is important for you to apply eye drops which have been prescribed and to stay away from strong sunlight.
Your eye powers will take some time to settle down, but since it's been 10 days since your surgery, it's definitely still in the early days of recovery.

We assume that you are referring to conjunctival nevus. The procedure in which the eye nevus is removed is quite straightforward in most cases. It involves a local excision involving eye drop anaesthesia. If the nevus is large, the eye surgeon may opt to do conjunctiva patch graft harvested from the under the eyelid or the other eye. The eye surgeon may elect to apply anti-scarring (Mitomycin C) agent to prevent post-op conjunctiva scarring. It is important to avoid exposure to sunlight for the first two months.
Most patients get full vision within one month.
