From the description of your condition, you may have recurrent furunculosis, acne inversa or hidradenitis suppurativa. These conditions may result in significant scarring if left untreated or if inadequately treated.
Treatment may include the use of oral antibiotics, oral isotretinoin and surgical drainage.
A proper evaluation by a dermatologist is strongly recommended.
