You have slightly red plaques on back of both forearms that are oblong to oval shape. The skin lesions are exceptionally symmetrical and have a defined border. Unfortunatedly the pics are not sharp enough to give details of the surface changes of the skin.
Given the shape and the symmetrical nature of the distribution, I would try to find out if there are any exogenous (outside) causes to the skin lesions ie. contact dermatitis for examples to plasters or medicaments to skin applied.
You will need to give your doctor more history about the onset, the duration, the associated symptoms, whether it is recurrent, your occupation and hobbies, your past medical history and use of drugs, a travel history and whether there are other areas on the body i.e. scalp and mouth or nails that may be affected, and whether it is spreading, or whether there are others in the family or workplace that are affected.
Please consult a doctor for your problem and I hope you find the diagnosis.
