The best way to determine if you are pregnant is to test your urine with a simple urine pregnancy test kit. If it is positive then it would be a good idea to see your gynecologist who can then determine your gestation and to exclude ectopic pregnancies and multiple pregnancies by performing a pelvic ultrasound scan.
