The answer is yes you can, but it depends.
If you are looking at brow ptosis, I think the important question we need to figure out is the cause. There are many causes of brow ptosis and assuming there are not any medical condition that leads to brow ptosis, and it is not too severe, a small area around the area can create a bit of brow lift.
The more important question is why is there brow ptosis and it all depends on the cause of it.
