Hi thank you for your question and posting a photo of the problem area. There is some sagging in the mid and lower face, as evidenced by the prominent nasolabial folds and marionette lines.

There are a few treatment options available depending on degree of invasiveness that you are comfortable with. I would recommend some lifting via non invasive HIFU (high intensity focused ultrasound) as well as volume replacement in the temples, mid face and buccal area with fillers.

For a more dramatic result, you could also consider bio-absorbable threads that help reposition the sagging fat pads. Last, but not least is the surgical facelift.

The best treatment for more severe sagging would be the surgical facelift but it is not without downtime and General Anesthesia risk.

Do speak to your preferred Doctor regarding the pros and cons of each treatment to choose the one that is best for you.

I absolutely agree with Dr Mark Lim.

Looking at the mid cheek and nasolabial folds, it suggests significant volume loss in the mid cheek and skin laxity.

The judicious use of HIFU and fillers (of which I like Radiesse) in combination should have optimal results.

While face threads are an option, I feel that it doesn't have adequate impact on the quality of the skin in general.

What treatment can I do to get a smaller face?

In Singapore, mesolipo is frowned upon by Ministry of Health. However, there are other treatments available which can help with a more contoured face. Unfortunately, you did not mention your age, nor uploaded any photos available for our consideration. I would say that some fat freeze may have an impact on the chin area. But if you are targetting the facial region as well, this would be what I suggest: Ultherapy/HIFU for tightening of the deeper layers of the skin, and if you truly have adipose tissues, some of it would be reduced by the different layering of the HIFU Ultrasound energy.

How do I get rid of sebaceous filaments on my nose and chin (photo)?

Hi! You could start using tretinoin or differin applied topically at night. This will take some time to improve the appearance but it works. On the other hand, if you are looking for faster results, you can also get them extracted by a professional facial therapist that is experienced in such extraction. Hope this helps!
