Hi,
It is likely that you have Raynaud’s phenomenon. In this condition, your blood vessels of the fingers are very sensitive to cold temperatures and take on a bluish colour. It may be associated with pain.
While it may be harmless, it may also be caused by an underlying connective tissue disorder such as systemic lupus erythematosus.
A review by your doctor or a rheumatologist is recommended.
Hope this helps!
