Dyshidrotic eczema presents with tiny vesicles or bubbles on the feet and/or hands and these can be very itchy and sometimes painful. This tends to be symmetrical and usually affects both feet and/or hands.
Fungal infection usually presents with scaly rashes on the feet. However, they can also present with bubbles and vesicles and this is termed an id reaction. This can look very similar to dyshidrotic eczema.
