Hi,
The short answer to your question would be: " It is extremely difficult for a lady with Turner's syndrome to get pregnant."
Ladies born with Turner's syndrome have a congenital chromosomal disorder, and they developed premature ovarian failure at a very young age, ie. They become menopausal; sometimes they don't even get to puberty.
Without functional ovaries, they are unable to ovulate. The uterus (womb) is very often under-developed as well. These factors make it very difficult for them to conceive.
Options like IVF with donor eggs and even surrogacy have been considered in overseas centres, but these options are not available in Singapore as yet.
Hence having a baby in Singapore for a Turner's syndrome lady is unlikely in the forseeable future.
